Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace code that you can follow. You can also view the status of your order on our tracking page using your order number and email address.
We ship within the United States. We cover the shipping costs.
After your order you will immediately see the overview including your order number. You will also immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order number is also stated on this order confirmation. If you have lost the order number, you can always contact our customer service.
